Welcome to WaitHub ("App", "Service"). Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the WaitHub waitlist management application for service-based businesses ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Use of the Service

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and represent a legitimate service-based business (such as hair salons, restaurants, tattoo shops, spas, or similar establishments) to use WaitHub. By using the Service, you represent that you are capable of forming a binding contract with us and are not barred from receiving services under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.

1.2 License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Access and use WaitHub for your business's waitlist management
  • Use premium features based on your subscription plan
  • Install the mobile app on iOS and Android devices you own or control
  • Access multi-location features if included in your plan

1.3 Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service
  • Attempt to bypass subscription validation systems
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Use the Service to spam or harass clients

2. Subscriptions and Billing

2.1 Subscription Plans

  • Starter Plan: $29/month for basic waitlist management
  • Professional Plan: $79/month for advanced features
  • Enterprise Plan: $199/month for unlimited access
  • All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

2.2 Billing Terms

  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled
  • 14-day free trial available for new customers
  • Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

2.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
  • No refunds for partial months of service

3. Client Data and Privacy

3.1 Client Information

You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from clients before collecting their information (names, phone numbers, party size, service preferences). WaitHub provides tools to manage this data securely, but you remain the data controller.

3.2 SMS Messaging

Our SMS notification system requires client consent. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding text messaging, including TCPA compliance in the United States.

3.3 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect client data, including encryption and secure Firebase integration. However, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Service Availability

4.1 Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

4.2 Support

  • Email support for all plans
  • Priority support for Professional and Enterprise plans
  • Dedicated support for Enterprise customers

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to WaitHub for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the Service. Upon termination, you will lose access to all data stored in the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

WaitHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of WaitHub, including but not limited to lost revenue, client complaints, or business interruption.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of WaitHub after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
